Every certificate includes a unique QR code. Anyone — employers, universities, or clients — can scan it to be taken directly
to a public verification page confirming the certificate’s authenticity.

Are SkillCertify certificates officially accredited?

SkillCertify certificates demonstrate your knowledge of a subject area and are verifiable online.
They are not accredited by government bodies or professional certification authorities unless explicitly stated.

Can I change the name on my certificate?

No. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your name before generating the certificate.
Certificates cannot be re-issued with a different name after generation.

What is the premium certificate?

For a one-time fee of $4.99, the premium certificate gives you:

• No watermark
• Same QR verification as the free version

Payments & Refunds

How do I pay for a premium certificate?

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any major credit or debit card.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once a certificate has been generated and downloaded.
