By accessing or using SkillCertify (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SkillCertify, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use SkillCertify for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Share exam questions or answers publicly without permission
- Attempt to bypass, hack, or manipulate the exam system
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
- Use automated tools or bots to take exams
- Misrepresent your identity or credentials when taking exams
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
3. Certificates
SkillCertify certificates are issued based on exam performance and are intended to demonstrate knowledge of the subject matter. They are not accredited by government bodies or professional certification authorities unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the name on your certificate. Certificates cannot be re-issued with a different name after generation.
4. Payments and Refunds
Premium certificates are available for a one-time fee of $4.99 per certificate. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Refund policy: Due to the digital nature of our product, refunds are generally not available once a certificate has been generated and downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your certificate, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on SkillCertify — including exam questions, explanations, design, and code — is the property of SkillCertify and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SkillCertify is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that exam content is always up to date. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on your certificate or exam results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillCertify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of employment opportunities.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
