How do I get my certificate?

After passing an exam, you will be redirected to your certificate page automatically. From there you can download the free version or upgrade to premium.

I lost my certificate link — what do I do?

If you created an account, log in and visit My Dashboard to find all your certificates. If you took the exam as a guest, contact us with the name and email you used.

Can I verify someone else’s certificate?

Yes — visit our verification page and enter the certificate ID.

How do I get a refund?

Please review our Terms of Service for our refund policy. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experienced a technical issue.
